Most auto transport CRMs charge a base fee plus a fee for every user, so the headline price is not what a team pays. TruxCRM's five included agents are why it is the lowest of these from five agents upwards; for one or two people, CargoFlare's Basic plan is cheaper. Price is not the whole of value, either. ProABD adds implementation fees that its listing estimates in the thousands, and Message Plane builds a phone system into its price, which matters if you do not already pay for one.

Pricing questions
How much does auto transport CRM software cost?
TruxCRM is $120 to $150 per month for a brokerage of up to 5 agents. Additional agents are $20 per month each. Where you sit in the range depends on your team size and whether you turn on Truxie AI.
Are there tiers, or features held back for a higher plan?
No. There is one plan and it contains everything: multi-source lead management, Central Dispatch search and posting, quoting with route maps and VIN import, email follow-ups, e-signature, dispatch, insurance tracking, invoicing and payment records, tasks and documents, advanced search filters, reporting, agent permissions and branded domain email. There is no tier to upgrade to and nothing is gated.
Do you charge per user?
Only past the first 5 agents. The base price covers a team of 5; each agent beyond that is $20 per month. A brokerage that stays under 5 agents pays the base price regardless of how many shipments it moves.
What makes it $120 rather than $150?
Truxie AI. The read-only assistant is the optional part of the subscription, so a brokerage that does not want it sits at the lower end of the range.
Is e-signature included, or do I need DocuSign?
Included. The customer signs the order on a mobile-first page carrying your branding, and the signature history stays on the shipment. There is no separate e-signature subscription to buy and no charge per signed order.
Is lead capture an extra cost?
No. Lead capture website forms are included in the plan at no extra cost, with unlimited forms, and so are lead provider API keys for the leads you buy, with no per-lead fee. So is CSV lead import for the lists you already hold. It is part of "one plan, every feature", not an add-on.
Does the price include Central Dispatch?
The connection is included. TruxCRM is an official Central Dispatch partner, so you can search Central Dispatch and post loads from TruxCRM at no extra charge. The Central Dispatch subscription itself is paid to Central Dispatch, as it is with any CRM. See how the integration works.
Is TruxCRM only for small brokerages?
No. It is an affordable auto transport CRM for small and medium-sized brokerages, because 5 agents are included in the base price, and the same plan runs larger multi-agent operations: each agent beyond 5 is $20 a month, with nothing to upgrade as the team grows.
How does this compare with other auto transport CRMs?
